CNN Headline news just gave a full list of today's anime DVD releases, before listing movies out today. How interesting. Not what I'd expect to see on CNN.

Mainstream. What the hell. ;D

Up this early because, well, work. But Lisa is also up because she has a job interview today, so I'm mostly thinking hope for her.

Not that I'm really surprised, but it's been fun to watch "Douglass go mainstream" so to speak in the years since I graduated from Wooster. It seems like all of the things which I am into and thought were so alternative have been made common thanks to avril lavigne and evanessence.... I think overall it's a good thing because what's popular in that way tends to be cheaper than finding such things in specialty shops. *shrug* I guess we aren't quite the freaks we thought we were!
