Android Kikaider: The animation.

Not bad at all, especially since you can see parts of it's sentai roots masterfully weaved in. The animation is very retro, tho. (Of course, that's part of why I like it so much.)

I saw that it was on CN, but I haven't seen any of it. mostly because I need to be up at 6 for work, which means that, well, waiting for something that shows at 12:30 is bad.

Except when they finally get to Episode 26 of The Big O. Which I hope is not December 16.

Now that you mention it, I can see that the object along the bottom is an arm. Though the eyes strike me as Bass or Zero over-the-edge.
