Not bad at all, especially since you can see parts of it's sentai roots masterfully weaved in. The animation is very retro, tho. (Of course, that's part of why I like it so much.)
I saw that it was on CN, but I haven't seen any of it. mostly because I need to be up at 6 for work, which means that, well, waiting for something that shows at 12:30 is bad.
Except when they finally get to Episode 26 of The Big O. Which I hope is not December 16.
Totally understand. Though the DVDs are out now, and if nothing else you could probably rent.
(Warning: Stay away from Kikaider 01 until you've seen the first 16 episodes. You may not like it regardless, but you'll definently hate it unless you know some backstory.)
