Jan. 7th, 2004 10:49 amWell, that's kinda fun. :D
In other news, the news of my haircut is apparently reverberating through the various staff and departments that I regularly work with. And to my surprise, I'm getting tons of compliments about it. That's kinda neat.
Also, as I did office runs/office hours today, quite a few people are assuming that I will be getting a new job (apparently news that I'm going into interviews is out there, too), and a lot of them are wishing me well and telling me they really hope that I get the job and get to move on to something new.

Date: 2004-01-07 08:16 am (UTC)"Steamy," for whatever reason, is not a word I associate with the topic of the meme. It goes into the same category as "moist," that being words that MAY be used to describe said topic, but are actually icky. There are so many other better and more appropriate descriptions for volcanos. How about powerful? Earth shattering? Unpredictable? Explosive? Hmm. Perhaps we ought to scrap that last one. And are volcanoes even steamy to begin with? I was under the impression that what they were emitting was poisonous gas.
This is just further proof that the creators of memes about your love life have never had sex (or taken a geology course for that matter). Why would they be writing about "your love summed up in a quote" when they could be getting some?
There. That said, I bet you look handsome as the dickens with your new haircut. Hope you're having a good day. :D

Hey, that's not half bad either.
