bzarcherSo, two of the really stressful crazy projects at work I've been doing this week are now either done or in the very last bits of the home stretch. I can't tell you how that feels. (Especially since the one will look very good on my resume once it is verified as 'officially' complete.)
Lisa will be HERE (okay, well, Columbus, but in my physical presence, dammit) in 1 week, 5 hours, 42 minutes, 22 seconds. I'm now officially getting Excited.
I had soup for lunch.
I get to see my grandparents tomorrow, and Granda came through his knee surgery fine. (I know I didn't talk about this. That's because I didn't want to jinx it, given the GORILLA of bad luck that was sitting on my shoulder most of this week. It was supposed to be a simple outpaitent procedure this morning, and by all reports that's exactly what it was.
The only clouds on my horizon are the fact that I had to pay $15 to fill my tank for the driving tomorrow ($1.81 a gallon for LOW grade!), and the fact that my face looks like it got cheesegratered because of the windburn I got hauling machines around today. But, some sleep and a bit of aloe ought to help with that.
I'm a little disturbed that it's 75 degrees in March, but it is a pretty day.
