I can understand that somehow, some way, we have students who have gone to college for four years and don't understand the most basic possible GUI stuff on their own PCs, such as 'Click on the folder.' I can even accept that there is a possibility it's not entirely their fault. God knows that an Amish/Amazonian Rainforest/Klik-klik tribe/Hippie upbringing is a major handicap with that sort of thing.

But if you have paid over $100,000 for a four year college education, are over the age of twenty, and still can't grasp the concept of The Door on the Left is locked, the Door on the Right is UNLOCKED, and then complain about it when we finally come and see why you've been KNOCKING on the UNLOCKED door for ten minutes, I'm sorry, but you've failed.

You are an utter fucking failure in dealing with the world of men. Please go home, put your whole head in front of the shotgun, and thank you for calling.
