bzarcherLisa woke me up to make sure I was OK last night, and we had a talk. This helped.
Alex also called to apologize for going off on me and overreacting, which helped too.
Part of the root cause is still the fact that when I'm frustrated and/or angry, I won't let myself take it out on anyone but me. So when I start to let it go, it's pretty inward, and pretty destructive. I need to work on this.
Almost slept through my alarm today, but managed to make it to work on time. Also saw a HUGE accident right at Tuttle and Emerald Parkway (the road which Sterling is on.) Looked like someone decided to take a left on red, sheared off the front of a Jeep and knocked it end over end, and that Jeep hit a car in the oncoming traffic which was hit by at least 2 others. 3 fire engines and 4 amublances were on the scene when the cops let me through the intersection. Wow.
