Alex has gotten it straightened out. He had to pay some fees (mostly for the court stuff, I think), which had to be sent on paper since they don't take electronic over the phone, but he's expressing it, so I'd bet they have it late Friday/Early Monday. They will be faxing Perimeter and the credit bureau as soon as they recieve it.
Perimeter has given us a conditional go-ahead after talking to the courthouse, with the final approval pending that fax. As it is, they will cash my deposit check and we'll probably be signing the lease sometime mid-week. If they recind the approval for some reason, I will be refunded all $100.
