bzarcherThe problem with having done my job a little too well is that I get very, very bored at the end of the day.
Unless someone calls with a late day problem or emergency, by now I've hit all our outstanding calls, closed as many as I could, and we're at the point where if a call goes more than 2 rings before getting picked up, it's unusual.
