Y'know, ma'am, if your laptop doesn't work in your home in Kentucky, but works just fine at our office when you sent it here, and the Dallas office when you went behind our backs and sent it there, I don't think the fucking laptop is the problem, ma'am, so stop giving me attitude about how we sent you a broken laptop.
