Jul. 21st, 2004 04:01 pmWow.
Got my first report run for closed cases.
Started @ Sterling on 5/19.
As of today, I've closed 602 cases.
Not counting weekends and the two holidays, I've been here for 44 days. That's 13.68 cases per day, working 8 hours a day, so roughly 1.7 cases an hour. Plus, that doesn't include calls/cases I had to escalate, send to another department, get equipment ordered for, etx.
No wonder I feel so tired at the end of every day!
That said, apparently I'm running 2nd in the record books for most cases closed in the first 3 months, and they actually expect me to tie for first at this rate!
