I've had that. Do you have the overwhelming urge to shove your finger into your eye socket to make it stop? If so, advil and foot rubs help tremendously.
When you get a blocked-up nose, it can put extra pressure on the back of the eye, you know. Your mouth, nasal passages, eyes and ears are all connected by the same atmospheric pressure.
