bzarcherSo, after very positive reviews from PVPforums + Penny Arcade's rather stirring reccomendation, one of the first things I did when I got home today was download and install the new Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War demo.
After some CoH and before dedicated snuggles with Lisa, I actually played some of it.
Kids? If you like big guns, RTS, Warhammer, spectacular violence, or any of the above in combinations or by themselves? You should seriously think about buying it when it comes out next week. I've never been a huge 40k player (Thanks, GW, it seems nifty, but $500 for a starting army so I can actually play the game and all is a bit steep), but I was sucked in completely by the Tutorial and I look forward to tackling some of the campaign this weekend.
