It's been the sort of day where we either aren't getting called, or every call is a Sev 1 crisis.
Despite the relatively low volume, it's left me feeling drained, and it's the point where everyone on desktop is leaving or left, and the other helpdesk people are now also all gone, so it's very quiet and just a bit spooky.
On the upside, a few well timed LJ messages from
skarlette this morning certaining made a much better start to the day than I expected.
