I..um. Not sure? Mom and Dad gave it to us with her. But it uses a backpack-clip clasp instead of a buckle/strap, so it's much more comfortable for her than a standard one, I think.

*grins* She's somewhat used to it. Mostly for finding her, since she is very quiet, and also to (hopefully) prevent accidental steppings on.
