Well, for those keeping score we're on our 3rd manager in 12 months. Fun times! Bring dip! I'm now also apparently part of the Global Data Security team, now.

In other news, I'm doing awesome at shoving my entire leg down my throat every time I've opened my mouth the past 2 days, and I apologize to everyone I'm managing to piss off. It's been that kind of week.

At least you didn't have to force yourself, through an act of supreme willpower, to not

A) Stand up and deck someone or
B) walk out of class to avoid doing the same

because the nominal "coordinator" of the group you're working with on a term project was demonstrating, in a rather obvious and dramatic fashion, that he is a complete fucktard with no idea what's going on or is expected of him. Again. Despite having been informed, by the instructor, what was expected. Including the failure to comprehend that just acing the exams Was Not Enough, again despite multiple instances of being informed this was not the case.

Hell, I've taken option B several times. Most of the time I doubt you'd be blamed for it.

Bad managers

Managers could be worse. This happened to my sister.
She was working in the Financial Aid office at the University of Minnesota. She went to lunch. When she came back, the Federal Marshalls were leading her boss and her boss's assistant out in handcuffs.
It seems that the two of them had each awarded themselves between ten and twenty cash "scholarships," each worth about $10,000 a year.
I'll bet your 3 managers just quit or got fired or promoted.

A little of all three, though we did have an issue with about $20,000 worth of PCs and gear disappearing, and the subsequent firing of 90% of my department, about a month after I was hired.
