Feb. 26th, 2006 09:32 pmGod, so tired.
Drove 785 miles this weekend.
Had a blast.
Learned that Lego has submitted to my subconscious mental domination. They now produce Lego kits that not only form battle exo-skeletons, they transform into 'mechs and can be combined to create more powerful engines of destruction, yet are piloted by robot warriors.
One of them also has a flamethrower.
My victory is assured.

Date: 2006-02-27 05:26 pm (UTC)Ah, what rose-colored glasses I have for Lego! I miss the old days when the legos were part of past, present, or future, and there was no marketing gimmick with stories and comics and videos and licensing deals! We made up our own stories! And made our own toys from it!
And by cracky, we had to walk five miles in the snow, uphill both ways to get to the toy store!
