Mwhaahah.

At some point I should really go find a copy of the Tron 2.0 PC game - I never did have the chance to play it back when it came out.

Thankyew, thankyew.

With any luck, we'll be convincing Dave to paint his new tank up to look like a Recognizer, thanks to that picture. :>

I want a pic of a Recognizer descending from above in CRUSH mode, with the words END OF LINE. :)

I'm pretty sure it's properly called a Recognizer Game Tank, and the guys in the background are regular Recognizer

I've never heard the tanks called recognizers, not in the movie, and not in the game from what I recall. Some people talk about the "recognizer tank" level in the game, but they seem to be talking about being in the tank and fighting the recognizers.

I'm confused, unless you've got some other source. I wonder if I still have the tape of TRON I picked up from the TV back when I was a kid. I wonder more if it's still good ;)

I thought it was referred to as a Recognizer Tank in one of the "making of" shorts on the DVD, but I may be wrong.

...really, this is just more and more reason to watch the DVD again. :D If your tape's wearing out, I highly reccomend it!
