Ahhh, unexpected suck.
Jun. 24th, 2006 02:10 pmSo, Onyx was sitting in Alex's lap when he suddenly started furiously trying to clean his back paw. On inspection, we found that he'd managed to put a decent sized cut into it, between the toes.
Long story short, Alex and I just got back from the pet ER (regular vets weren't open) and having it cleaned and treated. He's now in one of those nice cone-collars for a few days, and we get to give him antibiotics and other fun for a little while.
On the other hand, that's a lot better than not finding out until it was seriously infected or worse.
