bzarcherOne of the VPs is a perennial troublemaker - he tends to run his gear into, and then under, the ground. But he's a nice guy, and his EA is a really nice lady, and we usually find ways to fix it up and make it good.
Today, I had to wrestle with a wierd bug on his Blackberry for a couple hours, but got it all worked out in the end.
His EA came over to pick it up, and handed me an envelope with the words "Thank you" on it.
