Art type people: A question.

Good, free, image editor? And don't say the GIMP. I don't have 3 weeks to learn how to do anything with it. :D I just want to take a desktop background image and add some color to it, and I want it to look a little smoother than MSPaint.

Other good news: I tried on a raincoat I hadn't worn in about a year - it's much looser. :D Losing weight. :>

In other news, buying a nice 26" grill tomorrow. Well, picking it up, anyhow - ordered it tonight and ready tomorrow.
