We were talking about this at work because two of our team members just flew back from Denver last night. The general consensus was that people are going to get sick of this real quick. I wonder if there's going to be some kind of backlash for this in the polls, or if it'll fade off before any other primaries or elections.

The justification for liquids and electronics, while annoying, I can understand, but if someone's a threat because they think they're going to take over the plane with the latest Laurel K. Hamilton novel, I think we've already lost.
(Well, OK, the big loser there is a tossup between the system, and someone actually buying said novel, but...)
