And a half dozen adults would rush to the window going "oooh, snow!"
It didn't last very long, as the adult hate of shoveling and slush kicked in, but it's always fun while it lasts.
I never mind it staying around - I think it's from spending my early years in lake-effect areas, or Norway. A really heavy, lasting snow is how my brain believes things are supposed to work.

The snow's stopped, or at least paused, for now. Things are nicely dusted.
